Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds salmon filet, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon filet dry with paper towels. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Place cubed salmon in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss gently. Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using) in a small bowl. Sprinkle over salmon and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for about 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Work in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket gently halfway through. Cook until golden and crispy.
  6. While salmon cooks, make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Let salmon rest for 1 minute, then serve with lemon dill sauce.

Notes

Pat salmon dry for best crispiness. Cut uniform cubes. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Use fresh dill for the sauce. Cooking times may vary by air fryer model; check at 6 minutes.
