Quick and tasty turkey pinwheel roll-ups with honey mustard, cream cheese, and fresh spinach wrapped in soft flour tortillas. Perfect for snacks or casual gatherings.

  • 2 large (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 46 slices (about 4 oz) deli turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • Handful of fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, combine honey mustard with the softened cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  3. Lay out the two flour tortillas flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  4. Spread a thin, even layer of the honey mustard cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving about a half-inch border at the edges.
  5. Layer the deli turkey slices evenly over the cream cheese on each tortilla.
  6. Add a handful of fresh spinach leaves on top of the turkey, spreading evenly.
  7. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla up tightly but gently.
  8. Optionally, wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes for cleaner slices.
  9. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheel pieces and arrange on a plate or platter.

Notes

Soften cream cheese before spreading to avoid tearing tortillas. For cleaner slices, chill roll-ups before cutting. If tortillas are dry, spritz with water and microwave for 10 seconds to soften. Wrap tightly and refrigerate if making ahead; best eaten within 24 hours. Avoid freezing to maintain texture.
